ruined my sheets!!
I recently purchased the 10X power pods-I have been a life long Tide user but this weekend I was very upset to pull my sheets and a brand new lighter color pair of jeans out of the washer completely ruined by the blue substance in the pod-blue stains all over the sheets and my pants!

We're sorry to hear that a loyal Tide fan like you had this experience, since our PODS™ are designed to dissolve completely. To prevent this from happening, we suggest making sure that not too many absorbent items are present, the load isn’t too large, and that you’re always placing the PODS™ first. To remove those stains, please rinse your sheets and jeans under hot water (up to the temperature permitted on the care label). Next, wring them out and lay them flat, then apply rubbing alcohol or antibacterial hand gel (make sure it’s clear and contains alcohol) to the stain, covering the entire stain. Let this soak for 10 minutes, and then re-wash the items as normal. We hope this helps! We'd be happy to look into this further for you, so please give us a call at (800) 879-8433 when you have a moment.
I waste too much of this product
This is the third time I have purchased the Tide pods 42 pack capsules. No problem as far as how well Tide cleans my clothes nor the convenience of the pods, BUT they will stick together and right now I have a container of 5 pods left and all stuck together. This is continually happening so I have had to change to liquid Tide in the big bulky container. Problem there was that I had to wait till someone came to my home to open it for me because there was no way I could due to arthritis.

We're glad you've been getting a great clean out of your Tide PODS™, Chris, however, we're sorry to hear some have been sticking together. To help prevent this from happening, we recommend storing them in a room temperature environment with low humidity. We also appreciate your feedback on the container being difficult to open, and we'll be sure to pass your comments along to the rest of our team. If you have any questions, or would like to share more about your experience, we're only a phone call away at 1-800-879-8433.
Love Tide Pods!!!
I use nothing else. Tide pods are the best. All my mom used was Tide. Like mom like daughter. Something I’d like in my pods would be lavender sense. Love lavender. During these pandemic times I think Tide Pods lavender would call all of us. Thanks

Dear Tide,I have used Tide for over 40 years. Tide is the best detertent on the market for me, but I hate the strong perfumy smells that you are putting into Tide. Can you please change them

I use liquid Tide original scent all of the time; a good product. Purchased and used the Tide PODS 3 in 1 Original Scent and had to throw them away. Seriously over scented. I even left the washed laundry out for a couple of days and the room was almost overwhelmed with the scent. Had to rewash the whole load.

We're sorry you had that experience, MaggieChloe. We do understand that fragrance and scent preferences are very subjective and personal, but we'll be sure to forward your comments to our teams. Please give us a call at (800) 879-8433 if you have any questions for us.
Do Not Buy
I used the tide pod for my white comforter! I pulled it out of the wash and it was died blue in spots plus the plastic melted to it and ripped my comforter! I will never be buying a tide product again!

Meg94, We're very sorry you had this experience. We could have helped you remove the residue without ripping your comforter. We have remedies for that as well as for the staining. Any colorants we use are water soluble and will come out again. Here are some tips to make sure that doesn't happen to you again. Always add the PODS™ to the drum before you add the items you are going to wash. Additionally, do not overload or wash too many absorbent items in a single load. Washing a large item, like a comforter, in too small of washer drum, can cause overloading, which means there isn't enough water for the PODS™ to dissolve and distribute. Please give us a call at (800) 879-8433, so we can help you further with this.
