The Tide x Downy Scholarship Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada, 17 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to entry and who are enrolled/accepted to a qualified Canadian undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate program. Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m. ET on 7/1/25 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/30/25. A total of 15 prizes, with 3 reserved for Quebec entrants only. 1. Sweepstakes Timing: The Tide x Downy Canada Scholarship Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada, who are seventeen (17) years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry and are either enrolled in or accepted to a qualifying Canadian university, college, or community college (“Schools”) for an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate program. Winners must be enrolled in a School by the time of prize acceptance. Entrants must be the age of majority or older in their province of residence as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry to enter via the online method described in 3(a) below; entrants must be seventeen (17) years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry to enter via the email method described in 3(b) below. Minors must have parental permission to enter via email. Employees of Procter & Gamble Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Proud Partners (as listed in Appendix A), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. 3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

a. Enter Online: You may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://www.pggoodeveryday.ca/tidescholarship. You will first be prompted to either log in or create a P&G Good Everyday Canada account. There is no cost to register for P&G Good Everyday but you must be the age of majority or older in your province of residence as of the last day of the month prior to date of entry. Terms and conditions of P&G Good Everyday apply. After either signing in or signing up for P&G Good Everyday you will be asked to fill out the registration form. Upon province of residence selection, a list of participating proud partners (each a “Proud Partner”) will appear. The Proud Partners available for each province can be found below in Appendix A. You may select up to eight(8) Proud Partners to receive one (1) entry into each Proud Partner’s drawing and one (1) entry into the National drawing. Once the registration form is completed, confirm compliance with the official rules and click “Submit” to submit your entries.

b. Enter by Email (without a P&G Good Everyday Rewards account):You may earn a Sweepstakes entry by sending an email to tide@dja.com. The email must include your first and last name, mailing address, School, month and year of birth and which Proud Partner drawings you would like to be entered for (as listed in Appendix A). You may select up to eight (8) Proud Partners to receive one (1) entry into each Proud Partner’s drawing and one (1) entry into the National drawing. You may only select Proud Partner drawings listed for the province you reside in (as listed in Appendix A).

All entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2025 to be eligible. Limit nine (9) total entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Every eligible entrant will receive one entry into the National drawing and can select up to eight (8) Proud Partner drawings. If entrant selects fewer than eight (8) Proud Partners or if less than eight (8) Proud Partners are available based on the province selected, entrant will receive additional entries into the National drawing to make up the difference. Selecting “none of the above” will result in a total of nine(9) entries into the National drawing and no entries into any Proud Partner drawings. Any attempt to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and may lead to disqualification. Use of any automated or computer system to participate online is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.

4. Privacy: Information collected from entrant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://privacypolicy.pg.com/en-CA/ and will be used and disclosed for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. Your personal information will be governed by the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and it may be used by the Sponsor and its third-party service providers inside and outside Quebec and Canada. By providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your data to jurisdictions outside your province and/or country of residence, which may have different data protection rules governing personal information.

5. Random Drawings: Fifteen (15) potential winners will be selected in nine (9) separate random drawings (as described in Section 7). These drawings will take place on or about October 7, 2025 and will include three (3) winners from Quebec, ten (10) winners from the Proud Partners, and two (2) winners from the National drawing. Drawings will be conducted by Administrator whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for each Proud Partner and the overall National drawing.

6. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be contacted via email by the Administrator and will be required to sign and return, via email, a Declaration of Eligibility & Liability Release, and if applicable, a Publicity Release along with proof enrollment or acceptance to their School. Potential winners must correctly answer, unaided a time-limited mathematical skill testing question, administered by email within three (3) days or failure to do so on first attempt may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. If a potential winner is a minor in the province in which they reside, their parent/legal guardian must sign and return the required documents on their behalf, as well as correctly answer, unaided a time-limited skill testing question. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected per prize. Scholarships must only be used towards a Canadian university, college, or community college for undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate program. Confirmed winners will be notified once all eligibility information has been verified.

7. Prizes: There are a total of 15 prizes available, with 3 specifically allocated for Quebec (as detailed in the chart below). Each prize is a ten thousand ($10,000 CAD) scholarship, awarded as a check co-payable to the winner and their School. All prizes will be sent directly to the winner’s School. Winners must be enrolled in a qualifying School at time of prize acceptance. Limit one (1) prize per person.
