I have tried so many things to get the cigarette smell out of the clothes of an inside smoker who never opens the window!! I would wash it and think it was clean, put it in the dryer it came out still smelling of cig. Nothing worked !!!! untill tide 4 in 1. I don't know which ingredient is helping but its amazing! It has a sharp sent in it I have never smelled before. And disapates in the dryer! Never going back or changing to a diffrent one. Not even tide oxy odors, this one is the best for body odors; smoke sweat drewl ect!

I've been loyal to Tide products for 46 years. I've used many different products. I am sensitive to smells and the 4 in 1 oxi in the Blue Green and White pods had an acceptable, light smell. Now I cannot find them anymore...Enter the Blue, Blue, and White pods. Opening the new keg was Migraine inducing! I retuned them to the store thinking I made a mistake, only to discover Tide reformulated and my trusty Blue, Green, and White pods no longer exist. TIde, you're losing customers from this poor decision. Bring back the Blue, Green and White pods!!!

First of all these pods clean my clothes just fine. But I just can’t get past the awful smell. Like other reviewers I bought this again because I was so satisfied with my first round of this detergent. This new batch with the unimproved scent is terrible. I accused my wife of swapping detergent and thought it was some heavily scented junk soap. Not the high end Tide it’s supposed to be. The tide scent is iconic and refined. This smells like dollar store detergent. Please change it.

I inherited a loyalty to the Tide brand because I was always taught that it was the best. When I did other Tide Oxi pods, I couldn't believe that they nailed convenience, scent, and quality in a single product. No other brand could compete with this perfection. Recently, Tide decided to sneak in a change that would negatively impact all of its customers AFTER they'd purchased their usual products. They introduced a new horrible scent that causes headaches from the moment the package is opened to the laundry folding process (I had to walk away three times while folding laundry because the scent was that horribly strong). The worst part is that they no longer offer any products with pleasant scents. They're all very strong and very bad. Now, for the first time in 44 years, I will have to find a new laundry detergent brand. It looks like Tide has lost a lot of loyal customers because of this poor, clearly unresearched decision.

The new scent is not pleasant to me. I wish that you would place a sticker or something on the package to notify people that something has been changed. I will be returning this and will not be buying this again.

I completely agree with all who have voiced their unsatisfaction of the scent change. I get migraines and then new scent does not help! The new scent smells cheap. I will also be looking for a new detergent. I would like the original scent to return to the tide ultra OXI tide pods.

I recently bought 3 cans of (82 ) count containers of Ultra Oxi 4 in 1 Pods to replace my stock from about 8 months ago. I used the last two pods from my old stock on a load of whites and then opened the new canister yesterday and noticed a strong perfume scent right away, but did not think a great deal about it and went on with the wash of a large load of colors in warm/hot water. After drying the clothes the room was filled with a strange medium perfume-like scent and even after using the 30 min. soak and double rinse/double spin the finished clothes have a heavy and "cheap" perfume like scent that I do not care for. I checked the packaging from the old product supply I had just depleted earlier and compared it to the new packaging and there was no difference in labeling to indicate a change in scent, etc. Upon wearing a shirt for about a half hour I have a skin irritating rash on both elbows and my upper abdomen and removed the shirt because I cannot stand the odor. I have done my own laundry since my college days and I have always been a fan of regular Tide Liquid or Powder. I always appreciated two things about that Tide product - it was effective at cleaning my clothes and it had what I describe as a very mild "clean and fresh" scent that was only truly detectible when brought to one's face and usually faded away over the course of a few days. This was my go-to, and I am really disappointed in the scent change. I not only dislike the smell, but it’s also overpowering. I’m hopeful that I can return them, because I can’t imagine having yo use up the whole container. Hugely disappointing. Please change the scent back.

I quit using original Tide liquid because the scent was changed and it smelled like vomit. I was happy to find the Tide 4 in 1 pods with Oxi because it finally smelled nice again and then you go and change THAT. WHY?!?! Are you TRYING to get people to quit using your product?? You clearly do not know what your consumers want. Nor do you realize the importance of preserving your brand.

I bought Tide pods ultra oxi free because I went to 3 stores and none of them carried the liquid that I usually buy. It turns out I can’t get the lid off without help because I’m a small person and have severe arthritis in my fingers and the lid is too wide. There aren’t any children anywhere near my home so safety isn’t an issue. I have a 4-month supply and will only be able to do my laundry when there is someone in the house who can open it for me. We recently purchased Tide 4-in-1 Ultra Oxi original scent pods from Costco. I noticed the scent was HORRIBLY overpowering at first use, but thought it would otherwise dissipate. Interestingly, within 15 minutes of first use, I had an asthma attack so bad that a nebulizer didn't help AT ALL - I ended up needing high doses of prednisone (note: prior to this incident I had well-controlled asthma using Advair!!!!). I didn't realize the cause at first, but it was OBVIOUS the minute I returned home after several days. I opened the tide container. and IMMEDIATELY my lungs started burning and I couldn't breathe again (while still on prednisone!!!!) -- the terrible reaction started all over again. it is now several days later and I'm STILL on high doses of prednisone because I can't get the smell out of the clothes and therefore out of the house. This seemingly innocuous purchase has become a huge health hazard, waste of money and quite frankly, a nightmare!! I cannot find an ingredients list on the package to help identify the allergen/toxin that I am reacting to. Meanwhile I'm left with over 100 pods that we absolutely. cannot use, and currently sit outside my house. What a waste of money and a huge health hazard!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I purchased the Tide Ultra pods at Sam’s, my go to for years. Opens the bags that came in the box and put them in my laundry container. Much to my surprise, the remaining scent is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I have loved the smell of Tide for years, but this is too much. Now, I have 100 pods that I won’t use. Hoping to be able to donate them but that also is questionable as these are terrible. I just threw away $$

I have been a Tide user for years and love the product. This time I bought the Tide Ultra Oxi (104 pods). I used it for the first time yesterday evening to wash my shower curtain. After taking it out of the washer there was a very strong smell. I hung it back on the shower rod thinking the odor would dissipate. It didn’t. It gave me a headache and I ended up putting the shower curtain in the garage so that I could sleep. I don’t know what the problem is with this product. Now I have 103 pods that I am not able to use. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this product.

I love these , wish they were a little bigger and a bit cheaper…for those who say they don’t dissolve they must have a washer from the early 90s or something because mine dissolve all the time lol

I'm upset about the many number of times Tide Pods DO NOT DISSOLVE. They leave a glob on my laundry and that's even on the warm water temperature! I put the pod in the back of the front loader and sometimes it even ends up in the door rim. I was glad to save $ not paying for water and using less plastic. Now I'm going back to Tide liquid. Let me know when they are improved.

These have the same horrible smell as Tide Pods Downy, which I purchased and returned months ago. Imagine my anger having history repeat itself!

They work great for small or medium loads, but with a full load in our LG WM3455H front-load washer, they never fully dissolve, even in warm or hot water. There is always a bit of the gloopy tide pod stuck to some piece of clothing.

My family has been using laundry detergent pods from a different brand for quite some time with no issue. We purchased the Tide Pods 4 in 1 ultra oxi and shortly after using I began experiencing severe skin pain, itching, burning, bleeding that can only be the result of exposure to Tide as I changed no other hygiene habits. It feels like the Tide pods are causing chemical burns over areas of my body that contacted Tide, including my head and face that contacted bed linens. Even as re-rinsing clothes this issue continued. Very very dissatisfied with Tide.

I bought these recently at BJ’s I didn’t realize they were Jumbo pods and with Oxi-clean. We always use original scent pods so I was more aware or the scents when buying. Way too fragrant for my husband and I. I honestly can’t stand it and think people might think I’m using too much detergent. I even changed my machine to do 2 rinses and I still can’t take the smell.

I was previously using Gain pods and on smelly or heavily soiled loads I also used OxiClean Odor Blaster. I was able to replace both with Tide Pods Ultra Oxi and save more money! My laundry is clean, no stains, no odors, and smells super fresh. I love Tide Oxi!

I've been a Tide user for decades. I recently switched to the pods for convenience (frankly, I don't like rinsing the cup in the large liquid container, which sometimes leaked) and the pods seemed like a good option. The scent, even though it says "Original Scent" is NOTHING like the original scent, and is overwhelmingly strong. The scent could be smelled at the other side of my house after doing just one load. The mild scent of the original is something I've always loved and will switch back to the liquid immediately. Funny thing is, when running around in public, I can always tell someone who is using your pods because again, the scent is overwhelming in a bad way. I see many have complained about the scent. Hopefully you will do something about it.. that is, if you can..

I cannot tolerate perfumes and am allergic to scents.

Most detergents either irritate my sensitive skin or don’t leave my family’s clothes smelling and feeling clean. I don’t have any of those problems with Tide Pods Ultra Oxi. Added bonus, they make doing laundry even easier!

After hearing others reviews on the Tide Pods.. I made the switch from Persil. I started noticing spots on multiple items from MULTIPLE loads. Spots/stains that were not there before. I asked others that I knew were using, and recommended the Tide to me, if they had noticed any spots?? They ALSO agreed and after paying better attention-- it had ruined multiple items of theirs-- and for me as well. Back to Persil for me.

Been using Tide for a little while now and compared to other products. Tide cleans and smells really good. You get what you pay for.

I tried tide pods only a couple months ago and now im in love! My significant other works outside and I usually have to do oxiclean, laundry soap, and a scent booster. The convenience of all 3 doesn't make laundry such a hassle anymore. No more measuring! And putting 3 different products away!

This poor rating is based on how extremely frustrating it is to open the container. I'm not sure how they figured out the size of both the 'handle' area and the locking top but for mr it's practically impossible to open!! I end up having to pry open the top. I know it's supposed to be 'childproof' but the size is ridiculous. I bought the same size (108 oz size container) twice to make sure it wasn't just a bad container and both were same. I certainly hope this problem is corrected in the future.

We were looking for a high quality pod cleaning detergent, without scent. Tide with Oxy cleans great. However the package says nothing about scent, unlike other Tide pods. My daughter breaks out from the chemical used to scent. I hate the smell I now have 2 - 104 count containers that I can’t use. Very disappointing

I have had the worst allergic reaction to this product I didn't realize how strong it is and I still can't find the ingredients so at least I know what's causing my reaction. My hands,head,feet itch so bad after using this product do not recommend using this product.

I always use tide pods plus oxi and it works amazing for my littles clothes that aren’t the cleanest. It’s so easy and love that you just toss them in, it is costly but what laundry detergent isn’t I would definitely recommend.

After washing my everyday clothes this product worked great. But giving the product more of a challenge when I washed a couple of blankets that had been sprayed by the cat. I washed the blankets twice n could still smell cat spray so I soaked the blankets in vinegar n rinsed them. Then I washed the blankets one last time which the blankets smelled better. Third time's a charm when being challenged , for me. I had used 2 pods with each wash . As I only use 1 with my everyday regular size loads of wash.

I have been thinking my apartment has been infested with fleas or carpet beetles because my skin and my eyes and I have had other issues as well like swelling skin and feet I thought this was due to so kind of critter that entered my place so for the last 2 months Ive been treating my apartment for it. When it finally dawned on me Ive been using this product and then the new oxi max detergent the entire time since this first began. I had a reaction to unstoppables so I thought that would be the only thing that I couldnt use. Due to the thought I had fleas or beetles I of course have washed everything multiple times and often yet I kept feeling this sensation of something crawling on me and stinging skin, super swollen eyes, stuffy nose, rashes, swelling skin, little red blister like bumps all over and alot more I thought I was being bit at night but its my sheets and pillows and the clothing I just washed and put on after a shower also my blankets. This was so bad I dont think im going to buy the brand again. It also stinks and puts a thick layer of the detergent on your clothes you can feel it on your finger tips.

It’s great in cold water and from what I have been able to determine doesn’t have fabric softener. That’s very important with fuzzy types of fabric to avoid pilling. So far it’s working good with mine. In addition they are made using renewable energy. Which makes them even more rewarding.

The Tide Pods with oxi are the best I have used to get dirt, grime, grease, and odors out of our clothes! They smell sooo good while I'm washing and after I get done while the clothes are in the closet! The cleaning power is unmatched hands down!

This is the first Tide Pod product that was disappointing. These Oxi pods were so heavily perfumed that we had to dispose of the whole container. Even with an extra rinse cycle the smell was overwhelming! Liked the 'idea' of OXI in the pod but we will go back to the spring meadow 3 in 1!

My mom and I have been using Tide pods for years. I love how much easier it makes doing laundry. You just easily throw one into the washing machine. My clothes smell really good when they are dry.

I love this one. It gets stains out and cleans very well. Just make sure you are using it correctly. Always put the pods in the back of the machine first before your clothes. I made the mistake of putting it in the middle once and it stuck to clothes. Since then I read the directions and haven’t had a problem since. Depending on the stain you do want to use another stain remover. Especially if you let the stain dry before washing. Highly recommend it. It’s nice and easy to use too.

This is my go to laundry detergent. I will not use anything else on my clothes. My clothes always come out smelling fresh. I love the pods most because they’re so convenient. I just grab two or three and toss them in the washer before loading it

This is one of my current favorite products. It's hassle free every time I need to go out to do laundry. I don't always need to carry a heavy bottle of detergent. Directions tell you how many you need for each load. My only problem with detergent pods in general is that they sometimes get stuck in between the washer (front load).

My wife and I have tried them all, and tide has been the best. It cleans really well, and doesn’t seem to be hard on the clothing. It has a nice scent and with the added oxi, tough stains are gone. Also, it has never given us an issue with our toddlers skin. She has always tolerated tide well.

I have used Tide laundry detergent all my life. From powder to liquid to concentrate to pods I have never had a problem. They clean great and usually leave the clothes with a nice fresh scent. I had been using the Tide 3-in-1 original pods, and also used various Oxi-Clean products, so when I saw Tide pods 4-in-1 Ultra Oxi, I decided to give them a try. At the end of the cycle, I opened the washer and smelled a strong flowery, potpourri-like odor. I quickly grabbed the container and looked all over, figuring I missed some new 'fragrance' on the label, but there was nothing listed. I tossed the clothes in the dryer with a Bounce sheet (Outdoor Fresh) like I usually do and when they were dry, it was like there was no Bounce at all. The only smell was the sickeningly sweet stench of the Tide pods. I folded and hung the clothes, but decided to leave them downstairs for a few days, hoping the odor would dissipate. Later that week I brought them up and put them away. The next day I put on a shirt from that load and within an hour I had to take it off as the smell was giving me a headache. I took the whole load back downstairs, then drove to the store and bought the Tide pods I had been using. I rewashed and re-dried the clothes, but the odor lingered, so I washed and dried them again and finally after two washings, they were back to normal. I am not a person who is usually bothered by smells, and as I stated, regular Tide and regular Oxi have never been a problem, but together - wow - what an awful result. Perhaps it was a bad batch or perhaps it was a different "fragrance" and was mislabeled, but I now have an 88-count Tide pods 4-in-1 Ultra Oxi that I would be willing to just give to anyone...without a sense of smell. I use tide pods. They work well and I recommend Tide pods to any one that would like to try them.

The product is good, does a good job cleaning the clothes. But the stench is awful. I don't see a name of the scent on the orange plastic container, but the smell is so overpowering, my entire house smells like it when I enter from outside. If you or a family member has smell sensitivity, DO NOT buy this product. And, frankly, why do companies add scents anyway? They end up clashing with other scented products. However, this is the stinkiest of them all!

This is the most amazing detergent ever. It cleans and brightens EXTREMELY well. I just wish that the scent didn't totally disappear after it came out of the dryer.

I've always used the Oxi Clean pre-treat stain remover. Now that it's in these Tide pods I save the extra cost of the spray! These pods really do work well!

Doesn’t dissolve in cold water leaving gummy residue on some clothes. They need rinsing again. Very strong perfumed smell. No way to contact company.

It cleans OK but the clothes smell awful after washing. Like a very strong perfume. Have since washed them 3 times with Tide Free & Gentle and Clorox and they still have some smell.

Only one question...the pod w/ Downey, does it release in the wash cycle? If so, doesn’t it get washed away in the rinse cycle?

Tide Pods stain dark clothes even after a second rinse. No, I am not overfilling the washer; yes, I place the pod at the bottom of the drum; and, no, it doesn’t matter what temperature.

These pods do not get the odor out of your clothing. Your better off adding oxiclean to your regular detergent for a deeper clean.

I was very excited to be given the chance to review Tide Pods Ultra Oxi Laundry Detergent. I think laundry pods are expensive, but I really like the convenience factor. It makes doing laundry a bit easier, no need to figure out how much liquid detergent to pour. It was very easy to use, I simply had to take one or two pods depending on how large my laundry load was. I also appreciated the new child proof packaging, I keep all of my detergents in a high cabinet in my laundry room but the extra safety feature has me at ease. It cleaned our clothes well, and left them smelling fresh and clean. Overall, I liked Tide Pods Ultra Oxi Laundry Detergent and I recommend it.

I purchased a tub of Tide Ultra Oxi that has 54 capsules. These capsules can be used in both regular and HE machines. This is a very important feature as my washer can only use HE capsules. I am used to using liquid detergent and found the convenience of capsules to be a great way of not only not having to carry a heavy container filled with liquid but also not spilling any of it when putting it into my dispenser. With the capsules you throw it right into the machine and you are done. The outcome of my wash was great. My items were nice and clean and smelled fresh. I am definitely switching from liquid to capsules.

Tide PODS Ultra OXI is a great detergent. I love the ease of popping a POD in my laundry basket instead of hauling a whole bottle to the laundry room in my building. Ultra OXI does a great job cleaning stains. My only complaint is that the packaging doesn't explain what the 4 in 1 means. I have a variety of detergents for different purposes and I won't remember over time what the 4 elements are (detergent, stain fighter, pre-treater, and colour protector). For an everyday clean, Tide PODS Ultra OXI is a great choice.

I really love the convenience of using tide pods! This product is great for someone on the go because you can just throw them in the washing machine and go! No measuring, no spilling, etc. I used these tide pods on my husbands work clothes to see the effectiveness of the "ultra oxi" on the first stains. I think they did a great job getting almost everything out. Although pods are convenient I find that I don't get as much bang for my buck as I would a liquid detergent. I have to use 3 pods per load as I have a large washing machine. Other than that , great product!

I liked the convenience of the pods and to be able to control the amount of detergent depending on the size of load or amount of soil on laundry. I found that the Tide 4 in 1 Ultra Oxi pods did clean our clothes that had some grass stains and soil stains. The pods dissolved well in our HE washer. I would recommend this laundry detergent.

Pods are overall convenient, clean and easier to use than liquid detergent. First and foremost, make sure you place pods FIRST before adding clothes. This is extremely important to make sure you have a great clean and they are most effective this way. The most difficult task was trying to figure out how many pods to use for a load depending on the size. The package states for Small it takes 1 pod but medium to large loads you use 2. Honestly, for my tougher loads I wanted to use 3 pods. After each wash, I somewhat detected the scent of Tide but wasn’t as strong as I expected it. Clothes did seem to have a good clean and I didn’t see any remaining stains. I don’t have extremely large loads because I wash clothes often. I am active and for my sweaty clothes I probably would have used 3 pods (picture below). Even after washing this load which seems small, I used 2 pods and I have a few items that doesn’t have a Tide scent to them. I will add that the package is small so depending on number of loads and pods you use they can go pretty quick. I know that these can be a little on the more expensive side so that’s something you have to think about to. I would recommend washing larger loads with 2-3 pods to get your money’s worth. Overall, I may purchase again especially if I’m traveling as these are great to use if washing clothes while out of town. I would still recommend to others and definitely use Tide products in the future. And of course, please keep away from kids, pets and teens.

They literally clean EVERYTHING in one wash cycle!! My husband's work uniforms and workout clothes, along with my two kids clothing that always have stains of some nature. My typical routine includes spray on stain lifter followed by pre-wash, then wash. As we left for our annual beach vacation I packed my new Tide pods (free sample) and softener, but I forgot to bring the stain lifter. At our rented beach house I discovered that the stain lifter stayed at home but it was too late--it was late at night and my daughter was out of shorts. So I threw on a small load with one pod and hoped for the best. The three pairs of her shorts had mud stains and ketchup stains so my hopes were low. But I was super surprised when I pulled the clothes out of the dryer the next day and all the stains were gone completely! Without prewash or pretreatment! Awesome product all around. I used it for food and grease stains on the table cloth and all were gone! Also used the pods with my son's stinky and gross soccer gear and it did wonders. Tide Pods with Ultra Oxi are definitely a great convenient product to have. Anyone who loves using pods will absolutely want to purchase this product. I love how my towels feel amazing afterwards and make my baths that little bit more special. I love how convienient they are to use. And the fact that you don’t have to use anything else except this pod means that I you don’t forget to put in the extra stuff, the softner or the brightness. You just pop it in and there is nothing left over. There are colorings, obviously they are not supposed to be eaten however they still have chemicals that are not good for your skin so I only used it on my towels, I figured rather than an overload of it on everything I own towels were a great thing to have extra clean and fluffy. I do feel as though they could make different scents available and when I went to the store I couldn’t find anything but the original scent. Received the new Tide pods as part of of a product trail and was completely satisfied with how they cleaned the deep stains of my grandsons in lay cloths. Tide Ultra 4 in 1 OXI pods do a great job of cleaning your laundry. My only complaint would be they don't always totally dissolve but other than that, they work well. It's handy having all the products in one pod. I found the scent of the pods is not overpowering; I am sensitive to fragrances and found these pods don't bother me.

This product seems to work very well, and there is good stain removal, but it doesn't completely get things out of the clothes. Stains that soaking in oxi-clean all night would get out, this doesn't. I don't want to soak my clothes in detergent all night, as I'm not sure if that's safe or not, so I just used this in the regular wash. I imagine if used straight away after staining, it would likely remove everything, or more than it did. I wouldn't buy this instead of other Tide formulations, but I wouldn't be upset if this was my only choice. It's not great, but it's good.

I was super excited to check out how awesome these Tide Pods are that everyone is talking about. But then, the unthinkable happened. My washing machine DIED, y'all. And things being the way they are, we won't be able to afford a new one until next month. Well, I made a commitment to review the Time, and by-golly, that's what I'm going to do! I have resorted to hand washing my laundry in the bathtub. Not my first choice, but you do what you have to do when you're a mom and housewife, and people need clean clothes. So, I filled up my tub, dumped some clothes in there, and dropped in two Tide Pods, and watched then dissolve. The first thing I noticed was the scent. It is strong, but not overpowering. Pleasant. Two thumbs up. Next, I started getting to work with the clothes. One piece of clothing had a fresh blood stain, and amazingly, I literally watched the blood cloud away from the fabric. It was like magic. The real test for any detergent with our family is how well it stands up to my husband's dirty work clothes. He works outdoors in a dirt yard full of rocks and mulch and sand. He's filthy whenever he comes home. And that's what I'm basing this review on. My husband's neon work shirts came out of this brighter than before, and not one hint of unpleasant odor. This Tide worked FANTASTIC. After going through a rinse, and then through the dryer, the scent of the Tide is still very strong. A little stronger than I'd like, but it's tolerable, and I know some people actually prefer that. So, I'm not complaining. The only issue I had is with the packaging. The "child safe" zipper closure comes right off, and is a pain to put back on. Overall, I'm quite happy with this product. I'm sure there are dozens, if not hundreds, of reviews using a standard washer, but I'm here to tell you that even when reality forces you to improvise the way it did with me, this product is still great.

I love the simplicity and thoughtlessness of the pods. Just throw one in the wash add clothes and done. So simple! But I am not a fan of the need for two pods for a large load, all we ever do are large loads in this households and the number of washed the package claims to have is feels like Trick when suddenly I on,y have enough pods for a weeks worth of laundry instead of a few weeks.

The scent of these Tide Pods is better than others I have tried and leaves my clothes feeling clean, crisp, and with a lingering scent that is not too powerful but just enough to bring a smile to your face. The performance of the pods are great - I have an LG front-loading washer/dryer and use 2 Tide Pods for a normal/full load. I have tried warm/hot/cold water and they work just the same with ONE EXCEPTION: my workout clothes. For some reason, the film on the Tide pods doesn't dissolve well when washed with workout clothes. This has happened to me in the past with other Tide pods, not sure if its my washer, the product, or my pants (though it occurs with different types of workout pants) but it happened again when I used these Tide Pods with Oxy... The film from the pod (Pod skins!) gets stuck on my clothes giving the appearance of "gum" stuck to my pants (see picture). It easily goes away after another wash or soaked in some water, but still annoying. Having to worry about this MIGHT be a game changer for me, though the scent is heavenly and the stain fighting power of Oxy is great. It may be easier to use an alternative formulation of Tide (LOVE TIDE!) than to worry about Pod skins being left on my clothes... I would recommend to others, but with warning that Pod skins might try to catch a ride on your workout clothes...perhaps this is just my experience but worth telling.

My only recommendation from my personal experience is that I believe the instructions are a bit too liberal with the pods. My husband works in plastics manufacturing; he comes home hot, sweaty, smelling like plastic, and usually has machinery stains on his uniforms. The Tide pods not only got out fresh stains, but got out old stains that another leading detergent had neglected to draw out. The plastic smell also removed from his clothes, I feel better sending him to work fresh and uniforms looking and smelling new and clean. The pods make doing a load of laundry simple, no measuring, no messy lids to clean off. Tide has also created a safety zip-top to reduce risk of the pods getting into the wrong hands. Tide has been a staple for a long time for many families laundry rooms, but they're innovative and easy pods have drawn a new follower and that's me!

I enjoyed really enjoyed this product. The scent wasn't strong and cleaned my work uniform which many don't (or need a few washes). It was just right amount of detergent in each tab. The first few times I had no issue but the third wash test I did find the capsule casing in with the clothes. But that would detear me from buying it in the future.

I like Tide Pods ultra OXI laundry detergent . It's the 4-in-1: detergent, stain remover, colour protector, and pre-treaters. I like the smell of this detergent, something really fresh, not too annoying. This pods dissolve in hot and cold water and suitable for regular and HE washing machines. I bought the pods in big plastic container with really good Child-Guard lock, so the kids will not take them as a toys or food.

I was given the opportunity to try this product in exchange for my honest review. The Tide PODS Ultra OXI laundry detergent pacs is a good product for those that can become lazy doing laundry. Instead of concerning yourself with stain removers or pretreatments, you just pop one of these into the load and wash as normal. I do find that it works much better than common laundry detergents, but for tough stains or "sock" stains, I do find that using a pretreatment is still needed. I would still use it and repurchase it for everyday laundry.

First off, the bag that the pods come in are child proof. When I first noticed the child proof verbiage on the bag, I was a little skeptical but I actually had to pay attention when opening. This was a bonus point since I have a toddler at home. The after scent left on the clothes is amazing and there is no need for dryer sheets or any other additive to the load. It was difficult at first, but once you figure out how to open the packaging, it's fairly easy but keeps your kids and pets safe, which is a huge plus! My favorite part about these pacs is that they are quick and easy - throw it in the washer and your all set! Of course, it cleans clothes really well and although I can't speak to a very difficult stain, it was able to remove makeup and coffee from a few items. Another added bonus, it smells wonderful!

Really like the way it makes my clothes smell. It didn't remove stains any better than anything else I have used in the past. A stain remover is still needed. The price would have to be good for me to consider buying this product on a regular basis. Convenience is not enough for a higher price.

Tide Pods Ultra Oxi laundry pacs are convenient and less wasteful than liquid detergent. I had no issues with the pac dissolving as I have with other laundry pacs previously. The Tide Pods cleaned very well and left my whites nice and bright. Personally I find the scent too overwhelming, it reminds me of men's deodorant.

I'd been using liquid detergent forever, and I had never tried pods before. I can't believe the difference it makes! Pods are so much easier, you just throw them in the machine and you're done. Tide PODS ultra oxi laundry detergent gave my clothes that classic tide smell and did a great job cleaning.

I've done a few loads of laundry with these pods now, and I must say I am impressed! My white towels are much brighter than washing with my normal detergent, and these even got tomato soup out of my toddler's white shirt! These pods work so well and are so easy to use that I will definitely be buying them again very soon!

I love the compact pods of the detergent and the ease of use... the smell was great and made our clothes stain free! The only downside is that we need to use 2 pods each load because of the size and with a family of 5, we are doing laundry all the time. The bag of 12 went only got us 6 loads of wash done since we used 2 pods for our large loads. I would try again and recommend to others.

They are very concentrated so you know you’re getting your money’s worth. They have this amazing child guard zipper that is very trustworthy, which I love because I have a curious three year old boy. They clean very well and smell amazing. These Tide pods are compatible with HE laundry machines which is something I look for in laundry detergents/pods. All in all this is a product I will definitely recommend and definitely purchase once I finish this pack.

First of all, last week was quite busy for me, so it's the best time to try out these Tide pods as I just throw one in with the dirty clothes. Although pods cost more than liquid detergent but it is for sure more convenient when people like me that don't for the time. My load of clothes came out freshly scented and very clean and there's no residue of the pod left .... it did desolve even it is a cold wash. I was quite impressed with this product, I would highly recommend this.

Another great product from the Tide company. If you have lots of different kinds of stains, and no time to spot treat each one, this is the right soap for you. It takes care of stains and is easy to use. The odor is a bit strong, but not unpleasant, and so far, but the clothes come out clean and ready to wear. I did not find the clothes to have a strong smell once they were dry. Yes I would recommend this soap for an active family whose clothes have lots of stains or someone working outside. It takes care of what stain removers would without the fuss and bother.

The Tide PODS Ultra OXI laundry detergent is perfect for anyone with very dirty clothes. I used it on some very dirty whites and the clothes came out very clean and bright. I think it is better than competitve brands. I completely recommend this product. Very easy to use and good packaging. I liked the child proof bag.

I tried this product on a load of 3 blankets that had been used outside and had some grass stains and dirt pressed into it. With one wash with only 1 pod the stains came out on the first try! I was really impressed. I typically avoid pods as my experiences with them have been negative; in the past, they have not properly dissolved in my washer. However, this pod dissolved completely as advertised in a cold water cycle! The convenience of tossing in a pod and not having to pre-treat is very handy!

Tide has always provided me with clean wonderful smelling laundry and Tide with Ultra Oxi is no exception. The pods are easy to use and dissolve quickly in any temperature. We went away for a few days and my son had gotten sick all over his favorite stuff bear. I cleaned up the mess as best I could in our hotel sink and prayed that it wouldn't stain and the horrible smell would go away in the wash. My son and I were both very happy after Teddy got washed in Tide with Ultra Oxi. Teddy looked and smelled great!!!! I regret that I did not snap a pic of this transformation to share with everyone. Tide saved the day once again!!!

I normally would add something to the wash to target the stink, but I didn’t need to with Tide PODS Ultra Oxi Liquid Detergent Pacs. The detergent smells pleasant and targeted the grime. Our clothes came out smelling fresh and free of stains. I have eczema and this detergent has not caused it to flare either. I also like the child proof zipper. The zipper plus storing it out of reach of my young kids makes me feel safer using it in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never quite got all the hype about Tide Pods, until now. First off, I have two little kiddos, so I was so happy to see the child proof packaging. Second, I love the no mess aspect of the product. Liquid and powder detergents tend to inevitably leak or spill and leave messes that require cleaning up. I usually use generic detergent, because I thought “how much of a difference can there be?” I was wrong. There was a huge difference in the cleaning properties of this product. Previous stains in my baby’s onesies and toddlers shirts have disappeared! I thought they were destined to be house-only- play- clothes, and now they can be worn in public again. Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would honestly give this product 4.5 stars if I could. The biggest benefit of this product in my opinion is the convenience. I love that I can just throw this in the wash instead of measuring out detergent. Many people may argue this doesn't save too much time, but living a busy lifestyle I appreciate any extra minutes I can shave off my cleaning routine. My other favorite part about this product is the smell. I have tried so many detergents over the years, and Tide by far wins in the scent category in my opinion. Not only does it leave a pleasant scent, but it does last for some time in my opinion. Whenever I use other brands, it seems like I can smell the scent when I pull the clothes out but not after they sit in my closet for a few days. This product does an awesome job of getting my clothes clean without much fuss. I do use a stain remover on my husbands tough caked on work stains in addition to this product. For little stains here and there, I rely on this product and I think it does a great job. The only drawback is you are paying for the convenience of this product. Some people can totally justify this. I prefer to save pennies where I am able so I would probably stick to the liquid version if I was concerned about saving some pennies during that specific shopping trip. Definitely give this stuff a try.

This is an easy to use product simply toss into drum of washer then add cloths, they come out fresh smelling, I like the oxi part I have 4 sweaty teen boys, it worked great on their socks no fowl sent left. It takes the mustiness out of towels from the kids throwing them damp into hampers. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I have to use 2 or per load due to load sizes, with a family of 6 there are no small loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Tide user for years, but the past four years I have been disappointed in the amount of scent left on my clothes even getting them directly from the dryer. Tide isn’t cheap detergent and I don’t want to spend even more money on scent boosters. This Tide is different from my usual liquid. The pod itself had a great, fresh scent and it was noticeable three days after I put my clothes away. I have used these pods in hot or cold water with the same success. Tide has always been good at seeking out untreated stains and removing them and this product is no exception. The only issue I have would be regarding the pod itself. Repairmen have cautioned against using the pods because they don’t break down, but I haven’t noticed any evidence of that occurring on any of my loads. My machine is new and I have used a variety of water temperatures so that may be an issue with some folks, but not with me. This is a superior product, well worth the few additional cents if costs.

Imagine a large food fight, followed by playing in the mud and rolling down a grassy hill. Now imagine cleaning the clothing, if you are dreading this, like I was, you need this Pod. I threw a a load of laundry in, and kept my hopes low that this would clean it. To my surprise and amazement all the cloths were clean. A God sent!

I've tried others but Tide offers a different level of clean. Especially my towels; they smell fresher, feel softer and look clean.

I was excited to try the TIDE and Ulta OXI 4 in 1. The package catches your eye. It has a child proof lid. When I mean child proof I had a hard time removing the cover. That is fantastic so children can't get into the container. I use OXI on stains that I have. To have them both together is perfect. I love the ease of the pods. I washed a load of white clothes. They washed up nice but I had no stains on them. The whites seemed a little brighter. I think this would be perfect for families with young children. With all the stains kids get on their clothes this is ideal. The laundry smelled really nice. It has a fresh smell. I would recommend this product to others. I love Tide and now with OXI it's perfect.

The stains were not removed. I washed the same shirt with Tide pods with ultra oxi and it not only removed the stains but brightened the shirt color. It works great on whites too! No need for caustic bleach. It's a great product.
