These things are a gemic, let's start off with the pods themselves whats all the warning labels on the back "don't get them on you"? If you're not supposed to get it on you then why put it in you clothes fibers, smart. Second these thing's are not gentle to skin there is something with tide pods all of them no matter the kind they make your clothes insanely itching and irritating. Third I've used many laundry soaps, and none, absolutely none have ruined my clothes like tide pods have. My clothes fit way tighter like they have shrunk way pass shrunken, and the fibers are getting brittle like there is a thin plastic coating over the fibers. Forth the pod liners don't fully dissolve a few times taking the laundry out of the washer the liners will be haning from the clothes, well what's left of it anyway.

I keep coming back to these. So easy to use! The pods dissolve even in cold water, remove stains and leave my clothes noticeably soft

Love this laundry detergent! Was using regular Tide for awhile but I have sensitive skin so I figured the free and gentle would be better. Does an effective job at cleaning my laundry, leaving everything fresh with no dyes or fragrance.

This products broke me out in horrible hives with pain and swelling for over 6 weeks now. It took a little while to figure out it was the detergent because it’s labeled hypoallergenic but now it’s very clear. I’ve learned there is no such thing as hypoallergenic. It may be free from the most common allergens but proceed with caution. I’ve been to multiple doctors and am on 9-10 pills per day including steroids to recover from this and I’m still experiencing hives. This disrupted my life, cost me hundreds in doctor visits/medication, and I’m having to strip all my laundrey because even the slightest remnant of this detergent reactivated extremely painful itchy hives.

I have super sensitive skin and this is the only detergent that doesn’t leave me in hives. I love that the bottle is very easy to pour without making a mess.

I’ve been using tide free & gentle for ages now. I get refill packs and top up this container which also reduces some level of plastic waste through the packaging (yay!). Cleans well, does not cause any allergy issues or sensitive skin issues and cleans the pet stuff well too. I can always add boosting powders and scent beads, but this is my favorite way to do the laundry.

The store where I normally shop for detergent didn't have a small jug of the liquid free and gentle, so I bought what I thought was a small container of the pods, only to find it takes a bigger and stronger hand to open, to hold both tabs down and turn at the same. At least I can return it to the store. I'll go back to the liquid and all the plastic, so I can at least open it.

I’ve been loving this detergent for a while now. I have sensitive skin and really appreciate that I don’t have to worry about dyes and fragrance irritating my skin. Every once in a while I’ll add a dash of scented detergent in with this to give my laundry a little boost, that way I can use far less of the fragranced stuff than I normally would.

Great product to use in home with many pet and family members who suffer from allergies. We use this everyday use especially for blankets anything my furry friends lay on. No skin rashes since using. I use regular tide detergent for everything else. I don’t have allergies so I love the smell.

This is my favorite “natural” detergent because it doesn’t upset my skin or make my clothes smell too strong. Sometimes the fragrances in detergents can irritate my skin and are known to disrupt hormones so I love using this product. Also works well with bleach or scent beads for bedding. A little goes a long way and my clothes always come out clean

I switched to these pods from liquid and a few times now the pod hasn't dissolved all the way. It gets stuck on the clothes and leaves a yellow mark when I take the goo off. I see that Tide doesn't recommend these for anything less than a "small" load, The three times they didn't dissolve was for medium sized loads. Also, what's the point of these if I can't just wash a couple of items of clothing anyways. I'm not happy with this product. I'm going back to liquid.

My favorite laundry detergent! I have very sensitive skin and anything with scent makes me break out. This unscented one works great for me! I would recommend for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone that is sensitive to fragrance

Tide free and gentle liquid laundry detergent is great with cleaning and smells great even though it’s not scented. I use this on my son’s clothes and some of my more delicate clothing. It works great for those with sensitive skin.

I have used the regular Tide product for a long time, but this porduct one left stains, and sticky residue on the clothes. There was only a few items in the washer, 3 to be exact, all stained and gooey. The pod was put in the washer before the clothes were added. We have had to clean each item by hand to get out the goo and stains. I would NOT recommend this item to anyone!! I have pictures, if you need proof!

Smells so good and is natural and gentle to use. If you have sensitive skin this one is for you. Clothes come out smelling nice and fresh. Won’t make your skin itch.

Is someone who consistently has issues with detergents bothering their skin, this is a great one. I never have an issue and it cleans any stain right out of my clothes.

The free and gentle liquid laundry detergent is free of perfume and dye so it’s gently for the skin. Even though it does a good job of cleaning like others regular detergent too. My skin is sensitive so it’s good for me. I will be buying it again. It’s good value and reasonable price too

Smell great easy use it, but the prices of all Tide products are expensive, which is something I don't like. Good for sensitive skin, I just buy medium size for my family.

Small arthritic hands. Have to find a neighbor to help me. I can't open the container. My children and grandchildren are all over 20 I don't need child safe containers > I do need a detergent free of dyes and scents. Because of this issue I won't be buying tide again. My store is rural and has a very small selection of detergents. I will try Arm and Hammer again

I use this because of sensitive skin and I can say it’s the best. It smells really good and my clothes feel really clean and soft afterwards. I feel like it’s a good price for the amount of product that you get.

I use these liquid detergent for a while know , and all I can say is that changed everything, I don’t get rush to my skin , fragrance it’s gentle , cleans my everyday work out clothes of sweat and odors very well , the packaging it’s easy to be used, doesn’t get messy or spill over, and all the time I find it for a god price

This works amazing on cloth diapers! I’m past that stage now but continue to use it for my sensitive skin kids. Gets the clothes clean and doesn’t have an overpowering scent which is a plus in my book!

I really like that tide made a fragrance free detergent. However, I do find that this formula requires hot water to clean the clothes. I am very interested in trying the new 10X formula, which is the new version of Tide Free.

I use this soap for my baby's clothes it smells so much better than other brands. It's an affordable price for the product. It cleans pretty well and you don't have to use it to do its job.

I have very sensitive skin and this laundry detergent is my go to!! Everything smells and feels clean without having that strong laundry scent. Se easy to use, it is clear liquid and it lasts a very long time. Would highly recommend!

Long story short, I had been going through some major dizzy spells for 7 months. I went to an ENT and they said I had a balance disorder. It was never really diagnosed as WHAT caused it though. It's slowly gotten better over the months. During this time of troubleshooting the cause of it, I was changing things in my diet and things within my household. One was my laundry detergent. I researched the chemicals in detergent and all that sh... stuff that we can't pronounce and have numbers in the name - yeah, they're all bad. That's why some people are so allergic to it all. I was using the Tide Hygienic Clean which is GREAT at cleaning anything and everything, but I've since opted for their Free and Gentle. Whether it helps anything I've been going through or not, it's healthier for me and my pets. It cleans just as well without all the added chemicals. I'll be sticking to this version of Tide from now on.

We use this and with a new baby on the way, we will continue to use it to wash all his new clothing, blankets, and sheets. It’s gentle and doesn’t have a strong smell.

Love this detergent so much as it is gentle on the skin. Love that it is also affordable and it last longer. I can do so many loads on this detergent without irritating my kids skin as they suffer from mild eczema.

We switched to Free and Gentle once someone in our family developed a sensitivity to fragrance on their skin, and it has been a game changer. I will always repurchase Tide Free and Gentle detergent. I have eczema and extremely sensitive skin. I am especially sensitive to soaps and detergents, so I have been using the clear, fragrance free laundry detergents for a long time. When I tried Tide, I was so impressed with how clean my laundry came out! With other detergents, I always felt that my clothes weren’t getting clean because they didn’t smell fresh, but I thought it was because my detergent was fragrance free. I’ve always struggled with sensitive skin & have spent a LOT of time finding detergent that doesn’t cause a flare up to my skin! These free & gentle tide pods haven’t cause a single flare up! I have used Tide liquid for years, but decided to try the pods. I've done 2 loads and both came out of the dryer with melted pod residue on the laundry. The first load was assorted dark clothes washed in cold and the second load was a set of king size sheets washed in the lowest warm setting. I put the pod in the drum before the laundry as the instructions said. The internet suggests this can be avoided by using hot water or dissolving the pod in water before adding the clothes. The internet also suggests that I may be able to get the plastic residue out by soaking the items in hot water and washing again. The pods are supposed to be more convenient. This is just more work for me and more water and energy use for a second was to remove the residue. I am very disappointed.

i am 80 years old and I have used tide for most of my marriage which is 64years. l have tried many other detergents. Tide is the best. Because of allergies I always had to rinse twice. With tide free I use a normal rinse...thank you makers of tide!!!!!

For what I paid....and how tiny the bottle was....was not worth it. None of this was worth it. My clothes did not feel or look clean. I ended up using the rest on the cats beds and blankets and with the rest I mixed a bunch of shout and oxygen clean with vinegar to make a spot cleaner.

These pods do some solid work. I just pop in 1-2 and a bit of fabric softener and the scent lingers and clothes stay clean. Occasionally, when I clean the sweaty stuff, I’ve had a bit of odor left over after running a normal cycle with my old brand. I usually wash those items a second time. With these, I didn’t need a second wash. They smelled clean the first go around! I really think they’re a step up over what I’ve been using. I prefer using regular detergent to pods though. So I’ll stick with tide, but try their free and clear liquid detergent next instead of my old brand.

Although I use a plant based detergent on any fabric that comes in contact with my skin, these Tide pods work great for all other laundry especially bath mats and other items which get more heavily soiled.

These pods fit the bill perfectly, and are super easy to use (easier by far than carrying a whole container of laundry detergent down the stairs to the basement laundry room). For larger loads, you'll want to use two. I found that these got my clothes and bedding clean with two pods per large load.

Once I looked at the back of the packaging the instructions were clear and I was able to open the package without struggle. The instructions were clear enough that my 10 year old who is old enough to do laundry and know not to consume laundry detergent could open it. But tricky enough that my 7 year old could not.

Just because a product is free of certain ingredients, it doesn't mean it should be less efficient and not do a good job. However, not all free and clear/gentle brands are equal. I find that Tide works much better than others. It delivers great results even when it comes to heavily soiled rags, rugs etc. I usually prefer liquid detergent, because I can control the amount much better, but truth be told pods are so much more convenient, less messy and they take less space. Plus you can store them in a glass jar in your laundry room and they look a lot better than a big plastic bottle or container. I can do small and medium loads with just one pod and they come out as expected - fresh and clean. Even if there is no scent, they have a clean smell.

He is 2 and he is obsessed with sucking on his blanket. So much so I had to buy 3 spares sjust so I can have extras incase they get lost of destroyed. Thry discontinued this print and it's the only one he will calm down with when freaking out. But oh boy they get so nasty!
