Tide Clean Breeze Liquid Laundry Detergent

Did Tide recently change the color of the Clean Breeze scent? I've been using this scent for years and it was airways blue, however, the newest jug i just opened is green. What gives??

I couldn’t figure out why my sinuses were driving me crazy, some smell was driving me nuts, it wasn’t my moisturizer wasn’t my hair product. Then I realized my husband bought the Clean Breeze which is overpowering. Wished I would’ve caught this before I opened it. Guess I’ll wash throw rugs and rags with it. Very disappointed.

Bring back the pre 2020 scent please please please. Stopped using Tide all together once you changed it and would come back in a heart beat if you brought it back!

I do wish there wa a less chemical version that was as effective to clean the clothes as they do. My kids have not had any reactions to this so this has worked well for our family neeeds. My mom used this and it works well for us .

Bring back the original Clean Breeze. Like your new “original” scent it is now too strong! Also put it in a bulk box instead of those single use plastic jugs. They’re messy and an environmental disaster. The box is better for home use.

I have used Tide Clean Breeze 30 years and have loved the original clean breeze scent all this time. Until you changed the formula in 2020. This new scent should have been name something else. It is smells nothing like A clean breeze scent. It has a strong robust chemical smell. It STINKS. And makes my eye’s watery. The past 3 years I thought it was me using to much of the liquid in my new washing machine. Please bring back the original clean breeze scent!

It's supposed to have 10X the cleaning power and I believe it. I have some kids who definitely like to get dirty and Tide can keep up with no problems. I loved doing laundry with the old clean breeze scent. Since changing it, it smells so awful and like strong chemicals, I can’t even use it anymore. Very sad, seems like a lot of us much preferred the old scent. Why change something that was so popular??

Please change the clean breeze formula back to the original formula. The clean breeze stinks and smells like gain in there. The smell prior was light, with a nice un overbearing scent. Listen to your consumer, you lost a lot of ppl to other brands because of this.

I stocked up on clean breeze and did not know that the formula changed. I am so disappointed and upset. I used to look forward to washing and smelling the fresh clean breeze. Now it smells like they added gain oxy!!! Super disappointed ya I get that you guys try to improve but read the reviews of your loyal consumers. Once this bottle runs out I’m out. Time to find a new one unless you listen to your consumers.

Clean Breeze Tide was my absolute favorite for many many years. All of this new oxy crap stinks ( literally) and is so much more expensive. I have ran my own household since 1990 and the past year is the first time I stopped buying tide. Make the old new again please!!

I’ve been using this scent since you guys changed the original scent and it’s AWFUL NOW. I smelt it before I bought it and I IMMEDIATELY knew you changed the formula!!! Why do you guys keep changing what isn’t broken? Start listening to the public that we do not like the heavily perfumed detergent changes!!! Bring back the old scent!! The tide pods for me have been great, living upstairs in a apartment with the laundry room at the bottom of our complex it is much easier to carry the small container to and from. They smell great and just super convenient. I would recommend this product!

I love these little pods! They get our laundry so clean and white. My son had issues with his clothes being stinky before we switched to these. No issues anymore! I would definitely recommend.

Overall a good product, but when comparing price, product, scent, etc. I still have to stay with my Gain Pods! They definitely do the job if you don't care about price, product for the price and just need something efficient in a pinch

I love the ease of use of tide pods. I could never get the timing right to add all of the ingredients to the wash but with these I can toss it in and just wait for it to be done. The scent is pleasant.

I've been having problems getting a powder detergent to dissolve in my top load HE washer and I can't use liquid because of my plumbing. These Pods dissolve completely and work really well washing and rinsing all my laundry in all temps yet are extremely concentrated so do not mess up my pipes. I really like them a lot!

These actually work really well!! Even tho I find myself throwing a few in when I have a bigger load. But it’s all good, the scent is amazing and if there r some stains I need to make sure get out I just spray them with stain remover beforehand and then throw them in.

Good liquid detergent , but I am disappointed that Tide reduced the quantity of the detergent from 32 to 25 loads. I also noticed the liquid appeared more watery in the recent ones I bought.

Sometimes the lining dosent fully evaporated and it will stick to my clothes. Also, it can be misleading because you need to use multiple pods for larger loads.

The scent is really nice and the bottle lasts a long time. We usually get the really big size. I really like it.

Does a fair job. I use this a lot when it come to clean towels, blankets, sheets, etc. I prefer not to use this for my clothes. I opt for traditional detergent in that case…because I noticed that something they leave some residue.

Convenient. Space and product saver. We’ve actually always used downy April fresh or clean cotton and purex mountain breeze. Using tide pods combines all the things in one small POD. We started these a couple of years ago to save room when packing for our yearly beach trip . We now continue to buy. These are expensive but so is buying Tide liquid and downy seperated. This saves time and space. The ONLY reason they don’t get five stars from me is because the price is pretty expensive.

These pods smell fresh and I find them very convenient compared to liquid detergent. However I feel they are a bit pricey and also sometimes leave blue stains on the clothes so need an extra rinse.

I don't know if it's a generation thing, but I really don't like the pods. I much prefer the traditional tide liquid detergent I grew up with that comes in a big inconvenient tub and allows you to accurately judge how much detergent your adding. I just feel like the pods don't clean my clothes as well and they definitely don't leave a lasting scent.

I think these are great!! People with bad reviews on here I think just need tips. People are complaining they aren’t dissolving. I always use 3 pods and i place then where the water is pouring out. Why wouldn’t you? Never had a issue with them not dissolving. Even in cold water. There is a con but just don’t be silly and it shouldn’t happen. Don’t pop them on your own. They will bleach whatever your putting in their. It’s only happen twice in the years I been using them and it was so small it was hardly noticeable. Overall I recommend them. I just don’t think people know how to do laundry lol

I don’t know why but I’m just not impressed with tide pods. I have usually used gain for my laundry. When I wash my laundry I’m finding myself using 3X’s the tide pods than I should have to. I like clean smelling and feeling laundry and I’m just not overly impressed with tide.

I recently switched from liquid detergent to the pods and I’ve been very happy. Every once in a while I’ll have to send the clothes in an extra rinse cycle because the pod didn’t fully dissolve however I think they may be more my issue than the pod because of the size of the loads. Tide is great with stains and the Tide Pods are no exception.

Love tide pods. Easy and mess free to use. Be careful to not overstuffed washing machine or they may not fully disintegrate and may stick to laundry

I will always use tide for most of the clothes that are washed. I know that our clothes are always going to come out clean and smell nice as well.

It definitely gets the job done and done well. I myself am not a fan of the smell it gives when the clothes are dry, but it’s not horrible.

I have been buying this detergent for years and I have never been disappointed. Good value and gets job done.

I feel like it is a dominant in the market. It’s every where. I have used tide for many years.it cleans clothes and remove stains as well has good scent. It’s also affordable. It would be great if they can make with more natural ingredients.

This stuff is the best. It has an amazing smell that you can actually smell on your clothing for days and days after it’s been washed. It’s such a lovely nice smell.

I absolutely love the tide pods with the scent inside. I feel like it’s super easy to just toss it in the wash and it makes my clothes smell amazing. Yes that’s a little bit more expensive than the other product but it definitely lasts longer and works on tough workout clothes and boys clothes.

This tide original gets the job done large loans to small rolls I love the scent of Tide It’s my favorite I even use the pods at times but it’s nothing like the liquid you can use cold water or hot water or warm water

Tide is my go to laundry detergent. I’m loyal to this brand because of the results I get when doing laundry. It keeps my clothes looking new. Maybe more expensive than some brands but I love it! Using a good quality brand saves money in the long run when your colors don’t fade.

Love the smell of Tide. Always makes my clothes fresh and clean. The only on is it is a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it. Highly recommend.

I start using this detergent 3 years ago, easy to use, leave nice smell in all your clothes, I use 2 pods per load because i like the smell. Affordable price.

These are amazing! They are so easy to use (I mean just pop one in a load of laundry) and they work great! They clean well and help remove stains. And they smell amazing.

These pods do a great job of getting clothes clean and smelling fresh. The pod format is very convenient. The only drawback is they're kind of pricy.

I was a huge huge fan of Tide Clean Breeze and for well over a decade would use nothing else. I’m big on scents and the old clean breeze formula was amazing. I actually looked forward to doing laundry, just because of the smell! . Imagine my surprise when I washed a load of laundry after picking up a new bottle of Tide and my clothes came out smelling like chemicals, nothing like they used to. I went out and bought another bottle, assuming it must have been a bad batch. Nope! Tide changed the formula to this new and awful smell. It’s very disappointing. Why change something that was so popular? I’m now on the hunt for a new detergent NOT tide, since they now all smell so terrible.

Go figure. Clean Breeze scent changed! My alternative for Tide 'Original Scent' is no more! I am becoming very disgruntled. We have nearly switched to unscented forms because of this.

The new scent of Clean Breeze is terrible and very overpowering! Had to throw it away and whole apartment still stinks! Long term customer now searching for new brand.

I used to love Tide Clean Breeze. The recent change to the formula has left this detergent with an overpowering scent, like Original Tide, even when a small amount is used.

I have used Clean Breeze for years because it didn't have the strong perfumes I am sensitive to. I just purchased a new bottle and it now has the same scent as the Original and I can't use it.

We are very disappointed with the new clean breeze formula. The scent is overpowering. Please re-evaluate this change!
