How to Remove Pudding Stains
As tasty as chocolate pudding may be, pudding stains are not very appealing.
The good news is with Tide, the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and you can say goodbye to stains in just a few easy steps.
If the stain is fresh, blot with a paper towel. If it's dried scrape with a fork to remove excess.
Turn the garment inside out and rinse the back of the stain with cold water, pretreat stain with Tide HE Turbo Clean Liquid. Pour Tide on to cover stain and let set for 5 minutes. Pour from either the bottle or the cap.
You can also use the cap to ensure you use the right amount of laundry detergent. Just fill it with the correct dose of Tide laundry detergent, and pour it into the detergent dispenser if you have an HE machine, or directly into the drum before loading the clothes if you have a non-HE machine.
Without rinsing off the laundry detergent, place the garment into the washer with other items. Leaving Tide laundry detergent on the stain will give your wash that extra boost of cleaning power.
Wash on the usual cycle, on the hottest wash temperature indicated. Always check the instructions on the garment’s laundry symbols.
When the cycle is complete, unload the garments immediately.
If the stain persists after washing, repeat the previous steps before tossing in the dryer, as drying will set the stain.
