Tide Mountain Spring Liquid Laundry Detergent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide Original Scent Liquid does make colors pop and whites look white. Tide always leaves my clothes smelling clean and fresh. It's supposed to have 10X the cleaning power and I believe it. I have some kids who definitely like to get dirty and Tide can keep up with no problems. Tide's Smart Suds technology is perfect for this mom.

Please keep basic formula with Mountain Spring scent. I have sensitive skin and love the mild fresh scent of Mountain Spring. The other formulas with Oxi and 4 in 1 and febreeeze and on and on make my family’s skin break out. But we all like a fresh scent that isn’t over bearing like the original scent and all the others. Please keep Mountain spring in the stores. It’s really hard to find.

WHY?????!!!!!! did you stop making this scent? I see by your reviews that I am not alone in this. Please bring it back!!!! You have the "recipe" - formula! It has been the only scent Tide I have ever used since it was first introduced. I used it along with Mountain Spring Downy. I would recommend this if it were available. BRING IT BACK!!!!!! My rating is a 1-star since I can't find Mountain Spring. It's a 5-star product. Several years ago you switched the original scent to Mountain Spring. I hate what you now call the Original Scent (and you really shouldn't do that since it ISN'T the original scent). And now I can't found the Mountain Spring scent anywhere. I'm going to have to go to another brand (and I've been a loyal Tide user for 40 plus years) if I can't find this soon. Since you are able to make an apparently unlimited number of Tide options, I don't know why you can't continue this one. If the sales are 'low' for it, it's probably because it hasn't been readily available to purchase since you switched it over. I've had to search for it for the past 2 years because so many stores don't carry it.

This has been my “go to” Tide scent since they changed the “original” scent a couple of years ago to that horrible, overpowering perfume masquerading as a detergent. Even though I was assured by a Tide representative a few months ago (via email) that the Mountain Spring Tide Liquid wasn’t being discontinued, and it is still listed here on their website as a current product, I cannot find it anywhere, local or online. I’ve written. I’ve called. I’ve left reviews. It’s obvious Tide doesn’t care about its customers. After 30 years, I’m finished with this brand.

I do not like anything with Fabric softener in the wash. I add it in the rinse cycle. I want to know why I can not find Tide with Mountain Spring.

Tide always makes a great product, however, the smell of the Mountain Spring formula after they made a change to it smells horrible.

Tide is my go to. It is what it is. I guess I really wouldn't know anything different because it's honestly what I've always used and been my go to. Only thing I would do is make it more cost effective as it can be a bit pricey. Or more eco friendly with the new sheet trend versus plastic container.

We only purchase this Tide Original Liquid. Works very well and smells good. From time to time we may purchase another brand if on sale but always come back to Tide.

I have used Tide original scent for decades now to make sure that my laundry cleans perfectly and smells great. The familiar smell of Tide is what I’m looking for every time. My whites remain sparkling white, and my colors don’t leak into others. I haven’t found one thing wrong with this detergent to ever want to change to any other brand.

Works as needed. Follow the directions and your laundry will smell clean. I find it doesn’t really work to remove small stains but we rarely have stains on clothes.

Good liquid detergent , but I am disappointed that Tide reduced the quantity of the detergent from 32 to 25 loads. I also noticed the liquid appeared more watery in the recent ones I bought.

I think it is doing a good job to clean the laundry but for kids stuff I don’t find this product to be the best. I wish it’ll have this stain remover things in it. But it still is a good product to send your money!

Tide is always a detergent you can trust. I like to use the liquid, as you get to. Jose the amount you can use depending on the size of the load you will be running. Tide has been around for years. Grandmother use to use oringinal  powder. Tide does work and have a variety of scents and different varieties of cleaning issues but it is very expensive to me only buy on sale and coupon. Laundry clean and fresh depending on what u like. Tide is the beat laundry soap in my opinion. I tend to stay with the more neutral scent as many can be overwhealning. Tide has good cleaning abilities above the rest.

This is top tier laundry soap. It smells the best and performs the best. I keep trying cheaper brands, but you get what you pay for. If you want to smell like clean linen, use tide and pair it with laundry softener.

I use to use this all the time prior to the pods coming out. It works well at cleaning clothes but I like how easy (and less messy!) the pods are. The price is kind of high but it is so much superior to other brands. I now use liquid tide for spot treatment. Just scrub it on a spot and leave it to do it’s job, and walah! No more spot.

Tide is the best there is. It’s pricey and I typically don’t buy it unless a find a deal but it works great. This is a innovative bottle that allows the liquid to pour out easily and you don’t have any go to waste.

This is my go to laundry detergent. I’ve tried many others, but the traditional scent of the best. It gets my laundry clean and fresh. I really like the push dispenser as well, it makes it easy if you are leaving the container somewhere like a laundry room. However if your hauling this guy with you to do laundry somewhere, it’s pretty heavy!

I love this Tide! I love that it comes with way more than the regular size, so it obviously lasts way longer as well. I also really like that it has two ways to dispense it. So you can either pour it into the cup, or you can pour it directly out of the nozzle.

I have used this laundry detergent for a long time. I love that it takes out stains when I didn't think they would ever come out. It isn't the cheapest brand to purchase but it is definitely worth the money. I love how I can just pour directly into the soap dispenser on my front loader without even using the cup. Number one laundry detergent hands down. I will not buy anything other than tide. My laundry always comes out looking super fresh and clean and our clothes always look as new as we got them. This is the best detergent to buy when you have kids especially when they stain everything. May be priced more than most laundry detergent but your saving a lot of your clothes.

This brand I been using now for quite a while. It really has been good quality of liquid detergent compared to other brands. I have tried others but this one is good consistency and gets deep down to the dirt of linen. I use now the Oxy within the Tide

We usually we can do lots of loads with this type. It usually last us about a month before we need to go shopping for more.

I enjoy using this product because of its great cleaning power. I have used this product for years and it seems to get better and better! You don’t need to use a lot of it to clean your clothes. The texture is thick, concentrated and effective. Would recommend this product

It has a strong chemical smell. I will be looking for a new detergent after decades of using only Tide. Tide Original scent was light, clean and barely noticeable. I wish it wasn’t changed.

I have used Tide original scent for 28 years. This new scent is so overpowering that I couldn't even wear clothes washed in it for an hour. Now I'm stuck with 150 oz container that I can't even use!

Please bring back the original scent! I find the new scent to be sweet and flowery. If others like the new scent, you can still offer it under a new name.

I bought the same tide I’ve been using for 30+ years because it was the BEST!! Then I did 1 load of laundry (and I bought the huge 146 load bottle)-the scent has changed and is unusable!

I have used tide original for years but apparently the scent on Tide original has changed and is now has too much perfume. I have allergies and hate the new smell.

The HE Turbo Tide took 3 rinses to get rid of suds.. I did multiple loads with different amounts and they all resulted in suds in the rinse cycle after spinning. Tide Free and Gentle did not do that.

The Original Scent of your Tide detergent has changed its fragrance - it is terrible! I have used Tide for decades and cannot stand the new strong, unpleasant fragrance.

Wrote last yr when we bought tide original (new cap) and smell had changed. Wasn't our machine; had to change brands. Just tried it again: smells great. Bad batch last yr? Anyway we're back with Tide!

Very disappointed that Tide has changed the smell of their "original" scent but continue to refer to it as such. Giving an entire gallon away because it is terrible.

I thought I was going insane until I read the other reviews complaining about the new smell of Tide original. I was legit paranoid that my bottle had been tampered with. Smell is SO STRONG and SO BAD!

I have used it for 45 years. I just bought a 200oz bottle. I was disappointed to discover it made everything smell like cheap perfume and more disappointed to find out Tide did this to us on purpose.

I do not want a "longer lasting scent." BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SCENT!!!!!
