Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10X Free Liquid Laundry Detergent

I just finished with using a large bottle this product. When the bottle was empty, I noticed a rattle in the bottle. I checked to see what was causing the rattle and discovered a fairly large amount pf crystal like chunks in the bottom of the bottle. I rinsed out the bottle for recycling, but they were large enough that they didn't all come out of the bottle. They also seemed to be resistant to dissolve in hot water. For that reason, I probably not repurchase this type of Tide again, although I did not have any issues with it's ability to clean.

We've used this for years, but for the last several purchases, it has developed crystals in the bottle. We have had to toss out the last quarter of several bottles, so it is irritating, and a waste of money if not addressed. It seems like we are not the only ones experiencing this, so hopefully it will be addressed soon. However, if this latest bottle does the same, we will have to change products until it is no longer an issue.

I have been using this detergent for a while now, but using mid way to the bottom, there are crystals that are forming. I would give this a high rating, but am concerned about the forming crystals. Does this compromise the product? Thank you..l E.M.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this detergent for years, but recently have noticed that there are crystals forming in the liquid. This is very strange. I stopped buying it because all the bottles had this weird crystallization even though I went to a few different stores. When I got to the end of the bottle, the liquid was thick and clumpy. Not great quality.

This fragrance free detergent cleans well. This is the Tide Hygienic clean version, of their fragrance free line. I use this for bedding linens because scents make me sneeze. I do notice that this does require more hot water to get everything clean.  I highly recommend this

For someone with sensitive skin, and someone who consistently has issues using regular detergent, this is a great one. It definitely removes stains, has great cleaning power and not any of the weird scents to make you itchy. Great look and will definitely continue purchasing!

I’ve recently purchased Tide Hygenic Clean Heavy Duty and both 115 fl oz had crystals in the bottom.

This is a great detergent. I like it because it is just a clean scent. I use to have a floral detergent but I got an allergic reaction and it would make me so itchy. This is great because it’s gentle on sensitive skin. It removes stains well and my clothes always come out looking and smelling great!

Have used tide my entire life and started using the hygienic clean about a year ago and loved it. Until, this last purchase has something weird in it

The best free and clear option on the market for me. The smell is neutral and the cleaning power is similar to regular Tide. The white bottle helps to identify the free and clear products.

Love the new detergent. I was so disappointed when they changed the fragrance of Tide with Downey a few years ago. The replacement is so intense it's nauseating. So i tried the Hygienic Clean Free and was really pleased. Removed all the old detergent smells and seems to be getting clothes clean-- but don't have many hard stains to try it out on.

Best scent free and dye free detergent I've ever tried.

Just switched to 10x liquid Hygienic clean because the 10x pods cannot be found in my area. One complaint I have is the measuring cup is dark blue making it difficult to see the level you are using. Why not use a clear measuring cup ? I know it's not as "pretty" but easier to judge level of detergent being used.

Tide detergents have met my expectations since college days. Bought the Hygenic Clean as it was the only Tide on the shelf and have no issues.Highly recommend it.

This Tide may be a good dirt/stain detergent but it does NOT get out odors. Really disappointed with this product.

The scented ones work just as well as this one but this one is for people with sensitive skin and/or allergies. I like the unscented variety because adding another layer of fragrance to my body and clothing is not always desired. this truly give a deep clean! you also only need a little bit of detergent per load so a bottle this size will last long and my clothes always come out perfectly clean. I appreciate that it is truly unscented and gentle on the skin. Clothes and bedsheets are cleaned of all the dirt and grime and smell like nothing, just fresh fabric! Tide's Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty detergent claims to remove dirt and invisible dirt. This is great to have on hand during a pandemic! This detergent removed stains from my husband's work clothes and my kids' messy food stains. The scent I received is Free Nature. It barely smells like detergent, which is great for our kids' noses. My husband doesn't like scented detergent, either. I have also used this to wash my dog's towels that I use to wipe his muddy paws, so it's great to see clean towels, and, again, it doesn't have a scent so it doesn't bother my dog's nose. I have used Tide's Free & Gentle pods, they're also great! I will combine next time, for tougher stains, but in general, the product is great on it's own! I highly recommend you give this a try!

I used it for 3-4 washes, and I think this is the best Tide product I have used. I will continue to buy it, and love when my laundry comes out clean.

I have always been a fan of Tide products. They are my laundry detergent of choice. I received this product free from Topbox and it was great! I was already a Tide user but just used the regular Tide laundry detergent. The hygienic heavy duty detergent really got my tough stains out of my clothes. I recommend this product for tough stains.

I got to try out Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10x Free Liquid Laundry Detergent Unscented thanks to Topbox and I really liked it. I like the fact that it's unscented since I usually use scented detergents. The product was efficient at removing dirt and even stains from clothes and left them feeling very soft and vibrant. Since it is a concentrate, only a small amount is required to add to your washing machine which is quite useful. I definitely won't run out anytime soon! I highly recommend this product for people who would like to try or prefer unscented detergent.

I received this from Top box in return for my honest review. It cleans, I like that its unscented and hypoallergenic. Now it states that its super duty 10x and that it will remove stains, no matter how many times I use it, it doesn't remove grass or dirt stains and I don't see a difference in my clean clothes vs the local detergent I used before. I'm Not sure if somehow I'm doing something wrong but I would not recommend.

Love this Tide Hygienic Clean liquid! The white bottle has no scent, which is perfect for our clothes. I saved at least 5 minutes per load because I don’t need to separately pre-treat the shirts for underarm odor. Also meaning, I now save money on all those extra sprays and additives. I have always struggle to find laundry detergent that aren't to overpowering or are scent free with limited fresh smell to it, to avoid headache and itchiness etc. To my surprise it has no scent at all, as I am sensitive to scent. Also with a 9 year old in my house, this definitely to takes care to ensure the clothes are cleaned completely. It keeps my clothes fresh and smelling good after washing them. Once I'm done using the entire container, this is definitely something I will be buying.

I was given this as a free sample. I love the size of these pods, they are great for when I'm washing loads that are dirtier or larger. I have a lot of animals so I find this really comes in handy for cleaning a lot at once, efficiently.

I didn't see any difference compare to the others that I used in the past. I will buy it again because it works, however it doesn't remove completely the difficult stains. (I should also consider that I have an old washing machine, so it is difficult to remove stains such as grass or coffee)

I am sensitive to scents so it was perfect to try this out, my clothes had no left over bad smell after wash (like some unscented ones leave behind) and I followed instructions. Clothes looked and felt clean and fresh. I used with both cold and warm water, whites and coloured, without issue and enjoyed the end result. I like the design of the cap and the indicators of how much to use.

I really liked this detergent. While it is unscented, it still smells pleasant and clean. I'm very appreciative of the fact this detergent was unscented because my son has very sensitive skin and at least I didn't have to worry about any fragrances irritating him. I washed a few loads using this product. I wash kids clothes so I went unscented a long time ago. The kids bring me dirty muddy clothes often and I was amazed at how well it takes the stains out. I also used it for my five months old baby... And it took poop stains out so easily, as well as milk spit out stains. I definitely recommend this product

This fragrance-free detergent is what the family needed cause we suffer from Enzyme. Unscented detergent is good to wash clothes for people with sensitive skin and it cleans well and it's efficient! One improvement could be the packaging label as it doesn't say if it is suitabe for colour clothing or just for whites because normally it would say in the label but this one didn't

I used the product a few times for heavy loads and was very satisfied with the results! The odours and visible dirt are gone after each wash. I got the unscented and there was no smell at all.

I received this from Topbox to sample this product. Tide Hygienic Clean was excellent for people who suffer from allergic reactions due to heavy chemicals. I found it especially beneficial doing undergarments as Tide is not usually a laundry soap I can use for my grandkids, they are highly sensitive to it. There were no adverse reaction or scent. I didn't find it as efficent in cleaning heavy stains, even after treating the stains with spot cleaners. Therefore I gave this product a 4star rating. I will keep this on hand for when the grandkids come over and I need to do their laundry. Was excellent for laundering bedding as well, no itchy grandkids.

I don't normally use clear liquid detergent but now I don't think I could ever go back to the classic blue! Absolutely NO staining of my white sheets, towels or clothing, yet still leaves my clothes smelling fresh and feeling clean! It's comforting to know this detergent is fragrance free, hypoallergenic and gentle on skin since I have psoriasis and anything that doesn't irritate my skin helps. I recommend this product.

I highly recommend this soap to anybody who needs to deep clean their clothes. Whether it is health workers, heavy duty workers (such as mechanics) or even someone who needs to deep clean bed sheets. However, it is quite harsh on the fabrics. I would not use this on anything with color or regular apparel. Overall excellent for its purpose !

This was the first time trying out an unscented laundry detergent and I am really impressed. This left no distinct smell on the clothes and was great at removing dirt. I didn't have any issues or sensitivities when using this detergent. Although it works well, I tend to prefer a fragranced detergent using warmer weather. I think this would be a great detergent to use during the wintertime on bed sheets and towels. This detergent is definitely a great deep cleaning option for the fragrance-sensitive. I tried the new Tide plus hygienic clean heavy duty 10x liquid detergent it got a stain I had on a shirt that I had washed four times previously with other detergents out. The clothes looked cleaner then other times I had washed with another detergent. You will not be disappointed with this tide product.

I have been washing a shirt that previously was stained from pain cream for months and when I used this detergent it took the stain out completely. Amazing! I decided to give it to an owner of a pizzeria and he said his towels come out free from grease. Two thumbs up!

I was using Woolite before using this and I have to say this product does the job I need it too. I see that my clothes are clean and exactly as I expect them to be- it did just as I expected it too with no surprises

This product was made for people like me with skin sensitivity. The quality of clean is excellent. My clothes come out clean and fresh. No more pre-soaking for me! I love that this detergent is hypoallergenic. The bottle says it is scent-free but I noticed a slight fragrance that smells like clean laundry but is not too overpowering. I'm very pleased with the wash results and will be repurchasing this product again.

I love the fact that it is unscented. There is absolutely no scent at all. Perfect for me as I can't handle scents that well due to allergies. Its also great that it doesn't aggravate the skin either like most scented products do. It cleans like any other tide product.

Couple days ago I got this product in the mail. In the start I was using a diff brand of laundry detergent which was good to but it never gave it that feeling that it just came out of the laundry machine. Like the fresh feeling of clothing coming out is what I mean. But with this laundry detergent it gave that feeling and I was amazed.

This detergent works really well to maximize the amount of cleaning for my clothing. The unscented is nice for those who do not like fragrance, however I do find that it smells a bit like chemicals. Aside from that, I really enjoy using it!

I have been using Tide original scent until now, however I came across the unscented version and was able to try it. Definitely it does its magic and the clothes are very clean after first wash itself. Though its unscented the clothes look fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this.

I got this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and was very excited to try it. I have an 11 month old son and we use cloth diapers for him, he also really likes playing in dirt at the moment so I thought this product would be perfect for us. The first load I tried was a load of just clothing a mix of mine, my husbands and my sons. It did a decent job cleaning the adult clothing but didnt really get the dirt stains out of my sons clothing and bibs. I also tried it to clean our cloth diapers and was really disappointed. I washed them as I normally would with the only difference being the detergent and they came out still reeking of ammonia (urine smell). I had to rewash the whole load. All in all I was extremely disappointed with this product and would not bother buying it in store.

I was happy to receive Tide Hygienic Clean 10x Unscented Liquid laundry detergent complimentary to review as I am a huge fan of the brand. Out of all the laundry products I've tried, Tide stands out for best stain removal. This particular product is no different. I washed a large load of children's clothing that had lots of dirt, grass and food stains on them and they came completely clean! The clothes smelled fresh (clean, not scented) and didn't irritate my youngest child's sensitive skin. The bonus was that I was able to use less, because it's so concentrated. I will definitely purchase this product once my bottle is done!

I received this product for review purposes. As someone who isn't usually a fan of Tide, I didn't have high hopes for this product. Once I used this liquid laundry detergent my mind quickly changed. This washed better than any other detergent I have used including an old soil bathroom mat. It's a bonus that it's unscented since usually my skin doesn't agree with certain fragrances. Love this stuff !

We didn't see much difference between this brand and other detergent brands we use. The name of the product (Hygienic Clean Heavy 10X Duty) should also appear in French. The lid is very big though when it comes to washing a big load (so a lot of quantity must be used). It does have a good smell. A recommendation would be to sell this detergent in a smaller size.

I was recently offered this mission and I can tell you as a parent, getting laundry detergent was the best mission ever compared to anything else. As kids grow they get their clothes dirty and we are constantly washing all the time. I live in a household with a 7yo boy who doesn't believe in napkins and loves to skid on his knees in grass. Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty 10x Free Liquid Laundry Detergent Unscented made quick work of the various food stains (mustard, curry, blueberry, cranberry juice, etc) and grass stains. All without dyed or perfumes. I am personally sensitive to scents and get headaches so it was nice that this was 100% scent free. I used this detergent with my high-efficiency (he) front-load washer and was super impressed by how clean clothes came out without pre-soaking. 10/10 would recommend!

The quality of clean I expect from Tide was met, and although this is unscented, your clothes still smell fresh. My clothes were cleaned with stains removed. I received this product from Topbox and it is one of the best detergents I have ever come across! I have really bad allergies (my cats) that constantly trigger my asthma but after washing with this on the Allergen setting I no longer have to spend sleepless nights coughing and sneezing. I will definitely be purchasing more of this. Now my cats can sleep on blankets without nearly killing me in the process. I recommended it to my brother In law who suffers from the same thing and it has also helped him!

After a few washes, I have notice stains that were on the shirts before, were gone! Usually I have to add another hand washing session to get the dirt off, but this detergent literally saved me so much time. Maybe it's just me, but every time I buy these liquid detergents, I can never measure how much I need to use. BUT, when I got this, I instantly fell in love with the measuring thing on the cup. My kids love to play in the garden and come back with grass stains all over their clothes. This has made my laundry work cut in half. The non-fragrance bit is great. I like that it is a 92 ounce container as well, because it lasts a lot longer. You don't have to use a ton of the detergent for each load of laundry either, so that makes it last even longer. The first time I used it I could tell a difference in how my clothes smelled and felt when I was trading them from the wash to the dryer. When I read this is “10x cleaner”, I tried it out on my white adidas sneakers which hasn’t been washed in over 2-3 years. What made me finally wash it was that one shoe began to smell “off” and was continually moist....well you know what that is ....mold*cough*mold. After hosing off visible dirt/soil, placed it alone my washer with probably 1/2 tsp-1tsp of Tide. I let it go through one wash cycle (just agitation, no risnse yet) but noticed it still harbored some darkening/dirt at sides. I tried scrubbing with toothbrush but that didn’t do much. So I let it go through rinse cycle and spin.....it looked so much better. I then repeated with another rinse-spin to make sure I removed all Tide (it was still a bit soapy). Overall My adidas look much better, feels cleaner and whiter especially main body and inside but still has darkening/dirt at sides (around where your arch is above the sole).....I was really hoping it would go away completely.

I tried this detergent in them and couldn’t believe all the makeup stains came out! Next, I used it on my entry way rugs. I live in Ohio so we’ve had a lot of dirty shoes coming in and out of the house and those rugs came out looking brand new! I’m a believer and you should be too! Happy cleaning!!

It is unscented but I did catch a slight chlorine type smell, for those who might be sensitive. Overall, I really like this laundry detergent.

I've used Tide for years because it works so well and keeps clothes clean, so I was happy to try this new Hygienic Tide. The liquid is clear and basically unscented and works with the same power that classic Tide has, except this gets the germs on your clothing as well. During this time, anything helps and it makes me feel better than I can throw work and school clothes in the wash and get rid of any unseen contamination. Side note, this also works great to deep clean our "dog towels" that we use to dry off our 2 dogs and also to wipe their paws on muddy days and clean up the floor around the door where they come in. I will definitely purchase again.

I started using this tide as we also have very sensitive skin and needed something that would help get the mud out. I used this and soak our mudding clothes in it for a little while and then ran the wash cycle. I was shocked how clean they got. Tide cleans our clothes better than the other sensitive skin detergents we've tried.
